Anne works with technology businesses to protect and commercialize their intellectual property assets.  Representative clients include venture funded cloud providers, medical device manufacturers, and software developers in fields including voice authentication, financial analysis, and medical research. Counseling start-ups and emerging businesses with a comprehensive view, Anne advises entrepreneurs on general corporate, trademark, commercial, and contract matters.

With a focus on complex technology contracts and licensing, Anne has worked in-house as well as in private practice with Boston law firms.  Working as outside "in-house" counsel for a multinational Fortune 1000 corporation over many years, she advised engineers and salespeople in the negotiation of critical agreements for the development and sale of medical equipment worldwide. Anne is a frequent invited speaker for continuing legal education.  Before joining the firm, Anne spent a year as full-time faculty at Suffolk Law School in Boston, where she directed the Intellectual Property & Entrepreneurship Clinic.

Anne's style is results driven, and pragmatic.  Outside the office, Anne's favorite place is anywhere outdoors on a hike or bike ride with friends and family.  Her favorite indoor activity is trying to keep up with her book club of 24 years.
