David Rickerby

David Rickerby has worked in the field of computer and technology licensing for more than twenty years. Mr. Rickerby put himself through law school working for software and outsourcing companies, negotiating their critical business agreements. He then served as outside counsel working for three different top tier law firms and ultimately becoming an equity partner and head of the Technology Transactions and Licensing practice for a large Boston firm. In 2014, Mr. Rickerby established his own boutique law practice in Kendall Square, focusing on the negotiation of commercial license agreements.

Mr. Rickerby has been named in The Legal 500 for technology transactions. He has been listed as a Massachusetts Super Lawyer or a Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Star for multiple years.  He was selected as one of 15 “Up and Comers” to watch in Massachusetts by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly in 2006. At last count, Mr. Rickerby has been involved in the drafting and negotiation of well over a thousand agreements.

Mr. Rickerby is also a member of the Board of Directors at the Sandra Feinstein Gamm Theatre.

Kell Schoff, Esq. 

Kell advises clients by applying a pragmatic, business-focused attitude and more than a decade of experience negotiating intellectual property licenses, commercial contracts, and technology transactions.  His clients include B2B and direct-to-consumer software providers, medical device manufacturers, and vendors servicing the biotech industry.  He was an associate at two large Boston law firms where his practice focused on IP licensing, commercial agreements, and technology transactions, and he has also worked as in-house counsel for a publicly-traded multinational medical device company, with responsibility for a wide variety of commercial contracts, IP licenses, R&D agreements and other transactional matters.

Anne Hulecki 

Anne works with technology businesses to protect and commercialize their intellectual property assets.  Her clients include SaaS providers, medical device manufacturers, software developers, and toy and game manufacturers.   With 30 years of experience, she drafts and negotiates complex technology contracts, including those for software licensing, SaaS subscription, distribution, and commercial sales, with a keen awareness of business goals.  Anne has worked in-house as well as in private practice.  As a member of the full-time faculty of Suffolk Law School in Boston, she directed the Intellectual Property & Entrepreneurship Clinic.
